| This workshop is designed for yoga practitioners of all abilities and
interest levels, from yoga teacher trainees looking to accumulate hours
towards certification, to certified yoga instructors of all traditions
seeking continuing education hours, to yoga students wishing to bring greater
depth and meaning to their own personal practices. All are welcome--come
